Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding
Chia seed pudding makes the perfect breakfast or snack on the go, plus it’s vegan, gluten-free, & packed with protein. #Winning
Ingredients:
3–4 Tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup milk (I prefer almond milk)
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder or cacao powder
1/2 Tablespoon maple syrup, honey or sweetener of choice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
Toppings of choice (fresh berries, granola, nut butter, etc)
Directions:
In a mason jar combine chia seeds, milk, powder, sweetener, and vanilla. Then stir.
Cover mason jar with lid
Let mixture sit in the fridge overnight (or for at least 2 hours)
