Chocolate Peanut Butter Bliss Balls
I recently made bliss balls for the first time and my only regret was not trying them sooner! They are the perfect snack on the go or quick treat to satisfy your sweet tooth (both necessities for me).
I love this recipe because it’s quick, gluten free, vegan, no bake and only has 5 ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 c pitted dates
3 tbsp peanut or almond butter
1/4 c dark chocolate roughly chopped
1 tbsp chia seeds
2/3 c gluten free rolled oats
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor
Once combined, mold mixture into balls with your hands (I tried to make mine about 1 1/2 inch big)
Place in freezer for 15 minutes
Enjoy!
Keep in fridge for 1-2 weeks
