Easy Vegetarian Gyros
Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 can chickpeas, drained
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Pita bread
Cucumber
Cherry tomatoes
Red onions
Feta
Fresh dill
Hummus
Avocado
Tzatziki
Directions:
Drain chickpeas and pat dry
Cook chickpeas on stove top for 8 min stirring frequently. Add in seasoning and cook for an additional 2 minutes
Spread some tzatziki and hummus onto one side of the pita, then add in the chickpeas, veggies, and other desired toppings. Fold in half and enjoy!
