Gluten Free Raspberry Mug Cake
This single serving mug cake is when you’re in the mood for something sweet and want to eat it in less than 5 minutes :)
What you’ll need:
2 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp apple sauce
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
A drizzle of honey
Dash of cinnamon
Raspberries
Chocolate chips
How to:
Set aside a few chocolate chips and raspberries
Combine all remaining ingredients in a mug
Place the left over chocolate chips and raspberries on top
Microwave for 2-3 minutes
Enjoy!
