Homemade Granola Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 c oats

  • 1 c sliced almonds (or any other nut of choice, such as walnuts)

  • 1/2 c raw pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 c melted coconut oil

  • 1/2 c maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 c dried cranberries

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Combine all ingredients

  3. Spread out mixture onto a baking sheet

  4. Bake for 20-24 minutes, stirring halfway through

  5. Let cool for at least 10 minutes

  6. Enjoy :)
