The Best Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1 1/4 c almond flour
1/3 c almond butter
1/3 coconut sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 egg
1/4 c applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 c chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Combine egg, applesauce, and vanilla extract in a bowl
Add all of the remaining ingredients, except the chocolate chips
Once the mixture is combined and smooth, gently fold in the chocolate chips
Roll the dough into 12 ball shapes, place on a non-stick baking sheet, then press down on the balls so that the base is flat
Bake in oven for 30 minutes
