The Perfect Fall Salad
Fall is my absolute favorite time of the year! With leaves changing colors, sweater weather, and all of the best holidays it’s good vibes all around. But, above all else it is Fall’s produce that really make it the best season.
Ingredients:
Brussel sprouts
Butternut squash
Baby kale or spinach
Pomegranate seeds
Pine nuts
Parmesan cheese
Balsamic or balsamic glaze
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450
Cut brussel sprouts and butternut squash into bite size piece
Place brussels and squash onto a baking sheet that is coated with olive oil
Bake for 25 minutes
Combine brussel sprouts, butternut squash, leafy greens, and pomegranate seeds in a bowl
Top with parmesan cheese and balsamic
