Chocolate Chip Protein Muffins

This recipe is yummy, simple, packed with protein, gluten free, and ready in less than 15 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 3 overly ripe bananas

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 c nut butter

  • 1/2 c almond flour

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1 scoop collagen (optional)

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • dash of cinnamon

  • chocolate chips as desired

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees

  2. Line muffin tin with muffin liners or coat in a thin layer of oil

  3. Combine all ingredients

  4. Pour mix into muffin tins

  5. Bake for 10 minutes

  6. Enjoy!
