Chocolate Chip Protein Muffins
This recipe is yummy, simple, packed with protein, gluten free, and ready in less than 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
3 overly ripe bananas
3 eggs
1/2 c nut butter
1/2 c almond flour
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 scoop collagen (optional)
1 tbsp baking powder
dash of cinnamon
chocolate chips as desired
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
Line muffin tin with muffin liners or coat in a thin layer of oil
Combine all ingredients
Pour mix into muffin tins
Bake for 10 minutes
