✔️Only 5 ingredients

✔️All ingredients you already have in your pantry

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 oats

  • 1 egg

  • 1 scoop protein powder (I used chocolate)

  • 1/3 c dairy free milk (I love almond milk for these)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender

  2. Cook on stove top, medium heat

  3. Enjoy with your favorite toppings
