Fall Salad

Ingredients (no specific measurements necessary)

  • Arugula

  • Apple

  • Avocado

  • Pomegranate seeds

  • Nuts of choice (I used sliced almonds)

  • Goat cheese

  • Olive oil

  • Dijon mustard

  • Apple cider vinegar (ACV)

  • Maple Syrup

  • Salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Fill your bowl with arugula

  2. Slice apple and avocado into bite size pieces

  3. Add in the pomegranate seeds, nuts and goat cheese (crumbled with a fork)

  4. Combine dijon mustard, ACV, maple syrup, salt and pepper to create a dressing

  5. Toss together and enjoy!
