Fall Salad
Ingredients (no specific measurements necessary)
Arugula
Apple
Avocado
Pomegranate seeds
Nuts of choice (I used sliced almonds)
Goat cheese
Olive oil
Dijon mustard
Apple cider vinegar (ACV)
Maple Syrup
Salt & pepper
Directions
Fill your bowl with arugula
Slice apple and avocado into bite size pieces
Add in the pomegranate seeds, nuts and goat cheese (crumbled with a fork)
Combine dijon mustard, ACV, maple syrup, salt and pepper to create a dressing
Toss together and enjoy!
