Homemade Almond Milk Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Almonds

  • Water

  • Sea salt (optional)

  • Pitted date (optional)

No matter how much you’re making, the almond milk ratio is always 1:4 - 1 cup almonds to 4 cup water. So if you only want one cup’s worth of almond milk you would use 1/2 cup almonds and 2 cup water.

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender

  2. Blend on high for 2 minutes

  3. Pour blended contents through a nut milk bag, into a container

  4. Enjoy!
