5-Minute Baked Parmesan Zucchini Chips

5-MINUTE BAKED PARMESAN ZUCCHINI CHIPS

Ingredients:

  • Zucchini

  • Parmesan (or nutritional yeast if vegan)

  • Olive oil

  • Salt & pepper

*No exact measures needed - up to individual discretion (Don’t worry, any amount will taste good!)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees

  2. Slice zucchini into 1/4 inch slices, creating circle shapes

  3. Drizzle the zucchini with olive oil, salt & pepper

  4. Top with parmesan (or nutritional yeast)

  5. Bake for 5 minutes

*For extra crispy chips, turn the oven off after 5 minutes, then let the “chips” sit in the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes
