5-Minute Baked Parmesan Zucchini Chips
5-MINUTE BAKED PARMESAN ZUCCHINI CHIPS
Ingredients:
Zucchini
Parmesan (or nutritional yeast if vegan)
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
*No exact measures needed - up to individual discretion (Don’t worry, any amount will taste good!)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Slice zucchini into 1/4 inch slices, creating circle shapes
Drizzle the zucchini with olive oil, salt & pepper
Top with parmesan (or nutritional yeast)
Bake for 5 minutes
*For extra crispy chips, turn the oven off after 5 minutes, then let the “chips” sit in the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes
