Vegan Mac & Cheese
“Cheese” Ingredients
1 c pumpkin puree
3 tbsp seed butter
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1/2 c vegetable broth (add more if needed for desired consistency)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 c nutritional yeast (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients together in a blender
Add to your favorite pasta (I used Banza pasta)
Top with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes
